My wife and I we exploring mortgage options and looked at doing a home refinance early in 2020 as part of our attempt to maximize investment income. We engaged several different Financial & Mortgage companies including our current provider to represent us and our desire to take advantage of the rumored lower rates to help reduce our monthly loan cost.
